Appraisals
An appraisal can take anywhere between 30 minutes and a couple of hours depending on the type of home and the amount of information you're looking to receive.
Note: it is important for everyone who will be involved with the decision to sell the home to be present for the appraisal, if possible.
E-Appraisal
Great for a quick update on where your home sits in the market. These are remote appraisals where the team will estimate the value of your home based on statistics, experience and knowledge, without physically viewing your home.
Note: These are less accurate and should not be used for financial decisions.
